An agent-engineering studio with one strong opinion.
Agents should be capable enough to do the work, and controlled enough that you can let them. Almost everyone builds the first half. We build both.
LuciApps builds production AI agent systems. Not slideware, not a wrapper around someone else’s chatbot, real systems that take real actions and hold up outside a demo. Behind it is 20+ years of shipping production software, which mostly shows up as knowing what breaks and building so it doesn’t.
Private by default. Human in the loop.
Those aren’t slogans, they’re the two decisions most agent projects get wrong. Private by default means your prompts and data stay on your infrastructure; an agent shouldn’t require shipping your business to a third-party API. Human in the loop means irreversible actions stop for a person, enforced in the tool layer, not wished for in a prompt. Get those right and agents become usable for teams that otherwise can’t touch them.
Teams with a workflow worth automating and a low tolerance for the wrong irreversible action: regulated industries, security-sensitive operations, finance and healthcare-adjacent work, and founders who want leverage without handing a black box the keys. If your data can’t leave the building, you’re exactly who we build for.
We’d rather tell you an agent is the wrong tool than sell you one that fails quietly. Every engagement starts small and proves itself on your real data before it grows. And the hard, rare capability, agents that run privately with a real human gate, is our default, not an upsell.
Private by default
On-device or in-VPC. Your data and prompts never leave your infrastructure.
Human in the loop
Irreversible actions pause for a person. A hard control, not a hopeful prompt.
Proof before scale
A fixed pilot on real data first. It grows only if it earns the next step.
Tell us the workflow you wish ran itself.
We’ll tell you honestly whether an agent is the right tool, and what a first pilot looks like.
