Why start with a pilot?
Because talk is cheap and agents are easy to over-promise. A two-week fixed-scope pilot on your real data shows you exactly what you’re buying before you commit to a full build. If it doesn’t earn the next step, you’ve spent a little, not a lot.
Can it run without sending our data anywhere?
Yes. That’s the specialty. We build agents that run on your own hardware or inside your VPC with local or self-hosted models, so prompts and data never reach a third-party API. Air-gapped is possible.
What does “human in the loop” actually mean here?
Read-only steps run freely. Anything irreversible, moving money, deleting data, sending messages, deploying, pauses for a person to approve or deny, and it’s a hard control in the tool layer, not a suggestion in a prompt. Every decision is logged.
Do we own the code?
Yes. On Build and Embedded engagements the code is yours, with docs and a handover. No lock-in to us.
Which models and tools do you use?
Whatever fits: local models for privacy, strong hosted models where you allow them, routed by task so you pay for quality only where it matters. Tools are built over the Model Context Protocol so they work with any compatible client.
